Determine an Appropriate Organizational Structure
Identify and select an organization you are familiar with. Once you have researched various organizational structures, determine which global organizational design structure would most effectively support the selected organization.
Write a paper for the board of directors in which you address the following:
- Review the influence globalization has had on the organizational development for the organization you selected.
- Analyze why globalization is necessary for conducting business today and why this influence should be accepted.
- Review how this influence affects risk assessment for your selected organization.
- Recommend how these influence(s) may be used to move the organization forward in the competitive global environment.
Support your paper with minimum of five scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Length: 5-7 pages, not including title and reference pages
Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards where appropriate.
