This is the final presentation. It involves putting it all together. The only new information to be written is the introduction, clinical question and conclusion. The professor wants a consolidation of each step (3 – 6). I included a word document of each step already done and comment made by the professor in each step. It is highlighted in yellow.

NB; For step 3 the table is not included. The professor also wants like an introduction, background page. Do not know if it is the same with the beginning of step 3.

I added 7documents, the rubric, title page, sample document, step 3, step 4, step 5 and step 6. 

Reference remain the same used in the document. step 3,4,5 has same reference and step 4 has 2 different reference. I can add all 6 of them in the reference page.

To help you remain within the allotted paper length, the professor recommend:

Background/Introduction: 1 page

Step 3: 2 pages

Clinical question: 1/2 page

Step 4: 1-2 pages

Step 5: 1/2-1 page

Step 6: 1/2-1 page

Conclusion: 1-2 paragraphs

The profession wants everything in 7-8 pages excluding the title page and the reference.

This a step by step evidence based project. picot question is step 1, step 3 is critically appraising the evidence. step 4 is integration of practice change. I have to do step 3 again because the articles found did not match the picot question. The instructor approved 4 article for this research and changed the picot question.
