  1. Write a short paragraph synopsis of the play. (between 2 -5 sentences is plenty)
  2. Write 2-3 paragraphs about the production values (lighting, sound, set and costume design, acting skills, overall production etc.) of the show. Offer constructive observations about what you liked and/or disliked about the production – make sure you give details of why you have your opinion e.g. I enjoyed the lighting effects especially during the opening of the production, when two spot lights drew my attention immediately to the two actors on stage. This helped me to know where to turn my focus, and also gave the characters a sense of isolation, setting up their overall struggle through the play.
